"Shopping! Shopping! I want to go shopping!," if you're a fashionista, surely you have said that hundreds or thousands times already. If not, maybe you've heard that from a friend, mom, dad, cousin, or any people around the world, OR you might have said it also but not as many as those who are shopaholic or whatsoever.
Okay, enough of that, let us move to what this article is all about.
As you can see, i bought some things (specifically "SHOPPED") for my loved ones. Even though I want to shop for myself, I chose to shop for two special persons in my life. This is not actually planned, I just visited my dad and he invited me to go with him to this newly built mall called "ESTANCIA" in Commons, Pasig. It's so big that I can't wait for more shops to open! Anyways, going back to what I was saying, for me, SHOPPING is not just for yourself but also, it would be nice if you would shop for someone special for you, maybe you have done this already. But the thing is, yes, some people do shop for the person they love or who are special for them, BUT do they spend or shop for them (their friends, etc.) because they really like to or because they just want to look good on them (i mean, spending for them but with an unsteady/ uneasy heart)? This is just like giving your tithes and offering. The Bible says, give 10% of your money to church or God, that's what you call tithes, while offering is what you just want to give. There are times that when I give to church, I have this uneasy heart, I feel uneasiness when I give. Well that is wrong. You should give to God with a cheerful heart. Even if what you give is not too big like what your parents do, it's okay just make sure that you give with a cheerful heart. This is just like when you give something to a friend, your parents, or to whoever your heart tells you. No matter how big or small your gift is, that is okay, just MAKE SURE YOU GIVE WITH A CHEERFUL HEART. Always remember, God loves a cheerful giver.
Anyways, I decided to give my PARENTS (now you know huh?) these just to thank them for everything they have done good to me and things they have done that pleased the Lord. I hope they'll like these, actually my dad picked what he wanted me to give him, while I picked what's for my mom and hopefully she will like them!
To end this up, let me share you the daily verse for today:
LUK 6:38 ERV
Give to others, and you will receive. You will be given much. It will be poured into your hands—more than you can hold. You will be given so much that it will spill into your lap. The way you give to others is the way God will give to you.”
Thank you for reading this! Hoped you enjoyed what you have just read. And also I hope you learned a lesson :) Thank you once again peeps!
